CONTACT US: about transferring your account.

If you want to transfer your account to someone else in your company, here is how you do that:

    You can transfer your account to another person in your company. Maybe you got promoted, or changed jobs, or for some other reason your Amazon seller account administrator responsibilities have been transferred to another person in your company, here is how you transfer your account to another person: On this Web site, after you have logged in, click on the “Profile” menu item at the top of the this page (or the Home page). Then on the “Profile” page, edit these fields with the new information for the new account administrator:
    • User name
    • User email (this will be the new login email)
    • Password (this will be the new login password–make a note of it)
    • mobile device phone number
    • Make sure you save the above changes before you leave the page
    And then that’s it. You have transferred your account to the new user. NOTE: All the company information will remain the same because you cannot transfer the account to someone outside your company. Most likely the payment method for the account will not change, but if does, you will also need also need to change the payment method on the “Account” page.
