If you want to change something about your Profile, here are things you can change yourself by going to your “Profile” page. (You can get to your “Profile” page by clicking on “Profile” in the menu at the top of this page.)

Here is a list of things that you can edit on your “Profile” page:

  • User name
  • User email (this changes your login credentials, but it is how you can transfer your subscription to a different user in your company) NOTE: this user email is where the “action to take” reports are sent at then end of a SellerSenseAI session.
  • Your login password
  • Your company name (this assumes your company has changed its name)
  • Your mobile device phone number (if you want to use Two Factor Authentication)
  • The type of Amazon seller your company is (FBA, FBM, other)
  • Amazon seller ID/Merchant Token (Merchant token can be found: Seller Central > Settings > Account Info > Business Information > Merchant Token)
  • Whether or not you use Amazon Ads? [yes—use Amazon as primary advertiser, yes—Use Amazon some but not primary, no-use other advertising services, no—don’t advertise, do not want to answer this here]
  • How much of your Amazon revenue do you spend on Amazon ads? [less than 15% of revenue is spend on ads, about 15% or more of Amazon revenue is spent on ads, do not want to answer this here]

Additionally, you perhaps you are interested in changing something else that can be modified on your “Account” page. Here are some things you can change on your “Account” page:
  • Select a different payment plan
  • Change your payment method
  • Cancel your account (this will keep your account from automatically renewing)
  • See when your current subscription expires (NOTE: but you cannot change this; you can only cancel or renew under a different plan; if you do not cancel or select a different plan, then your subscription will automatically renew under your current plan)
