ANSWERs):
  1. How do I start a SellerSenseAI session after I have registered and subscribed?

    • ANSWER: In the header menu at the top of the page, click on the “Login” button. That will take you to a page where you can enter your login credentials and then click the link to start a SellerSenseAI session.

  2. How often should I run SellerSenseAI to do an analysis of our Amazon seller account?

    • ANSWER: You can run a SellerSenseAI analysis of your Amazon seller account as often as you’d like. Because the health of your account relies on many factors that are constantly changing (customer feedback, inventory levels, competitor pricing changes, NCX scores, new Amazon warnings, etc.), we recommend you run the program at least once a week, but certainly no less than once a month.

  3. If I have multiple people in my company that need to use SellerSenseAI, can they all use the one subscription we have already purchased, or do we need to purchase a separate subscription for each user?

    • ANSWER: If you have multiple people operating as your Amazon account administrator, they will each need their own login credentials as these credentials identify where the final report will be emailed. If they use your credentials, not only does that introduce security risks for your company, but all the reports will be sent not those other users, but to whoever the logon email belongs to.

  4. Can I transfer my SellerSenseAI account to another person in my company?

    • ANSWER: Yes, you can transfer your account to another person in your company. Maybe you got promoted, or changed jobs, or for some other reason your Amazon seller account administrator responsibilities have been transferred to another person in your company, here is how you transfer your account to another person: On this Web site, after you have logged in, click on the “Profile” menu item at the top of the this page (or the Home page). Then on the “Profile” page, edit these fields with the new information for the new account administrator:
      • User name
      • User email (this will be the new login email)
      • Password (this will be the new login password–make a note of it)
      • mobile device phone number
      • Make sure you save the above changes before you leave the page
      And then that’s it. You have transferred your account to the new user. NOTE: All the company information will remain the same because you cannot transfer the account to someone outside your company. Most likely the payment method for the account will not change, but if does, you will also need also need to change the payment method on the “Account” page.

  5. How do I cancel my subscription?

    • ANSWER: To cancel a subscription, click on the account menu item at the top of the page. This will take you to the account page. Enter your login credentials (if you have not already done this), and then find and click on the button to “Cancel your subscription.”

  6. If I cancel my subscription before the end of the year period, will I get any sort of refund for the unused portion of the subscription period?

    • ANSWER: No. We do not provide refunds for subscriptions that you have already paid for. Once you cancel your subscription, your account will actually remain active until the end of your paid subscription period, but it will not automatically renew.

  7. I’ve heard about SellerSenseAI PLUS. When does that come out, how much will it cost, and what will it do for me that SellerSenseAI BASIC doesn’t do?

    • ANSWER: Yes, there are plans to release a product named SellerSenseAI PLUS. This product will come out sometime later in the next year (if all goes according to plan in development and testing). SellerSenseAI PLUS will use an LLM AI agent to automatically search your Seller Central account for much of the information you have to manually check and enter while using the BASIC version. (This will dramatically reduce the time it takes for a session to complete.) Also, SellerSenseAI PLUS will have the capability to assess the health of specific individual products that you are selling. This will provide more detailed analysis than the BASIC version provides because the basic version is primarily doing an account level analysis of your Amazon seller account. If you want to upgrade to PLUS before your BASIC subscription has expired, the unused amount of your BASIC subscription will be discounted from the amount you would have to pay for the new PLUS subscription. The annual subscription price for the PLUS version has not yet been set, but it will likely be significantly more than the price for the BASIC version.

  8. If I have a question or need help with something in SellerSenseAI, is there a phone number I can call to get support?

    • ANSWER: No, the extremely low price we charge for a subscription does not allow for us to provide human telephone support. If you have a problem or a question, please click on the “Contact” menu option at the top of the page and email us your question. Also, please review the rest of this SUPPORT page to see if your issue has already been addressed elsewhere on this page. Also, you might find either a search engine (e.g. Google) or your favorite AI LLM (e.g. ChatGPT) can help.

  9. Could I pay an additional fee to be able to get access to human customer support?

    • ANSWER: No, please see options in the
      ANSWER to the previous question.

  10. Is there a video tutorial I could watch on what SellerSenseAI does and how to use it?

    • ANSWER: Yes, the video link shown near the top of this page should prove helpful.

  11. How do I get a copy of the action to take conclusion page at the end of the session?

    • ANSWER: Assuming the login email in your credentials is your email, it will be emailed to you at the same time that it is displayed for you to see at the end of this session.

  12. What if I have misplaced my SellerSenseAI login credentials? How do I recover them?

    • ANSWER: We assume the email you are using for the login credentials is your email and that you will not forget your email. If you have lost your password, enter your email on the “login” page and click on the “forgot my password” link. We will email you a link to reset your password.

  13. If I forgot my password, what should I do so I can login to my account?

    • ANSWER: If you have lost your password, enter your email on the “login” page and click on the “forgot my password” link. We will email you a link to reset your password.

  14. Is it possible to download SellerSenseAI so I can run it locally on my computer?

    • ANSWER: No. SellerSenseAI only runs as an online service. This allows us to keep it updated with the latest changes in Amazon policy and practices.

  15. If I have to pause the session part way through, is there a way to save my progress and restart later where I left off?

    • ANSWER: We recommend you just walk away without logging out or terminating the session, and come back later to pick up where you left off.

  16. If I already chose one payment plan, and then later want to switch to a different payment plan–Can I do that?

    • ANSWER: You can change payment plans on your “Account” page, but the payment arrangement will not change until your subscription is due to renew. It will renew at that time with the new payment plan on record.
